Jack Frost

Founder & President

Jack is a 42-Year Mortgage Banking & Real Estate veteran who sold his Mortgage Bank to Centex Homes, a Fortune 500 Company, in 1993.  He is currently the Sacramento Regional Director for the Community Home Energy Retrofit Project known as CHERP.   (A CHERP retrofit project on Jacks home reduced his gas and electric bill by 87% and qualified for nearly $15,000 in combined rebates from SMUD and PG&E including a 30% federal tax credit for solar).

Jack is a current member of the Sacramento County Republican Party and serves on the Boards of the Sacramento Taxpayers Association and the Latino Professional Development Project.  He also has served as a Commissioner on the Sacramento Human Rights Fair Housing Commission, the Sacramento Habitat for Humanity Family Selection Committee, and a past Board Member of the Citrus Heights Chamber of Commerce.  He has been considered the “visionary” for Federal Legislation to create a “National Umbilical Cord Blood Stem Cell Bank Network” signed into law by President George W.  Bush in 2005.  Jack proudly served in the U.S.  Air-Force and is a member of the Citrus Heights American Legion Post-637.

To create an army of informed California small businesses owners and employees willing to engage their elected representatives and hold them accountable to Pro-Biz public policy and to leverage this effort by teaching them a wide variety of ways they can engage their representatives.
